This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and conveniently near the water bus station, making it easy to explore Venice. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are spacious, with large and comfortable beds, free WiFi, and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to from the airport and St Mark's Square. The water bus is nearby and provides easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing advice on getting around the city.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition for late arrivals.

It was nice to stay off the main island and explore the area, which I had previously visited. The breakfast provided was plentiful and of good quality. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
